Manufacturer Policies on warranties vary and are valid for US Customers only. In general, Manufacturer warranties cover Manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. Damage to products from misuse, neglect, improper installation, modification, damage from accidents, or normal wear and tear are not covered.

All freight costs are not covered under any warranty. The customer is responsible for these costs.

Please contact us for instruction if you have a product you deem a warranty issue.

POPE's Hobbyland is not responsible for the improper use of merchandise sold.

Returns

POPE's Hobbyland will take every care to make sure shopping with us is a pleasant experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days from the date of shipment for a credit or refund.

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges both ways.

All returned items must be in new condition, with all packaging materials and paperwork included. Items returned in poor condition may be subject to a restocking charge.

Items returned past the 30-day return period will be handled in a case by case manner.

POPE's Hobbyland is responsible for shipping charges on mis-shipments, damaged or defective merchandise.

Return Instructions:

• Return package via insured US Mail, UPS or Fed-Ex in a sturdy box with indestructible packing tape. C.O.D.'s will not be accepted.
• Include a copy of your original invoice along with a note with purchaser's name, address, date of purchase, reason for return, and any instruction for exchange.

Closeouts, Clearance items and Store Specials sell out fast.  We recommend you place your order early. Feel free to call to verify availability.

As a multi-channel retailer, sales on certain items may overlap. In the event of a backorder, our policy is to hold orders until completion. We will do our best to fill orders promptly and notify customers via email of order status.
